Saturday October 12, 2019 ......Time to Reunite
GEORGE WASHINGTON HIGH SCHOOL, CLASS of 1969, 50th REUNION DINNER at THE WASHINGTON CROSSING INN
During the cocktail hour, a string quartet made up of members of our class, played light classics, some tunes from "Oklahoma" and "The King and I", as well as pop songs from the 60's, Beatles songs and of course, Our Alma Mater! "The 69er Reunion Quartet" was comprised of Jill Esterlitz Sheer and Sandy Saull playing the violin, Linda Schiff Waid on the viola, and Marty Steinberg on the cello. Fran Goldenberg added her beautiful singing voice to many of the numbers. The weather was beautiful and this was a wonderful start of the reunion evening.
Our Sunday Brunch was at the hotel where we had blocked off rooms and many of our out of state classmates had chosen to stay: the Courtyard By Marriott Ewing/Princeton, 360 Scotch Road, Ewing, NJ 08628. There was lots of choices, lots of room to spread out, and more time to catch up with old friends and classmates!
